Project Overview
Our goal was to evolve it into a spacious three-bedroom, from a two-bedroom, single-bathroom house bathroom property that truly meets the needs of a modern family.
We began by reimagining the layout to optimise every square foot. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area now serve as the heart of the home, offering a seamless flow that enhances everyday living and entertaining. Adjacent to this space, we’ve added a cosy TV snug, perfect for family movie nights or as a quiet retreat.
Recognising the importance of functionality, we incorporated a separate utility room to keep laundry and household chores out of sight, maintaining the sleek aesthetic of the main living areas. Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed, with ample storage and natural light, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The addition of two more bathrooms was a game-changer, eliminating the morning rush and providing each family member with their own space. This project not only reflects the family’s lifestyle but also significantly increases the property’s value, making it a wise investment for the future.
